2. The optimum culture temperature of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans is 30 C. Within these two temperature ranges, the enzyme activity is high, the biochemical reaction rate and growth rate of cells are fast; but the important components of microbial organisms, such as nucleic acid and protein, are sensitive to temperature and can be irreversibly destroyed with the increase of temperature.
3.當(dāng)接種適量增大時(shí), 培養(yǎng)基中的初始菌數(shù)增加, 氧化亞鐵硫桿菌快速繁殖.但由于培養(yǎng)基中的營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)有限, 加入過多的菌液影響細(xì)菌的生長(zhǎng)繁殖.表明培養(yǎng)氧化亞鐵硫桿菌的佳接種量為10%.
