沼氣凈化裝置的運(yùn)行維護(hù)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：
The operation and maintenance of biogas purification device shall meet the following requirements:
1、應(yīng)定期排出脫水、脫硫裝置中的領(lǐng)凝水。當(dāng)室外溫度接近0℃時(shí)，應(yīng)每天排除冷凝水，排水時(shí)應(yīng)防止沼氣泄漏。
1. The condensate water in dehydration and desulfurization unit shall be discharged regularly. When the outdoor temperature is close to 0 ℃, the condensate water should be drained every day, and the leakage of biogas should be prevented during drainage.
2、生物脫硫啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行正常后，應(yīng)定期檢查脫硫前后硫化氫濃度變化，硫化氫去除率應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足后端工藝要求。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)脫硫效率明顯下降時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充循環(huán)營(yíng)養(yǎng)液。塔內(nèi)填料應(yīng)6-12個(gè)月清洗1次。
2. After the start-up and operation of biological desulfurization are normal, the change of hydrogen sulfide concentration before and after desulfurization should be checked regularly, and the hydrogen sulfide removal rate should meet the requirements of back-end process. When it is found that the desulfurization efficiency is obviously decreased, the circulating nutrient solution should be supplemented in time. The packing in the tower should be cleaned once every 6-12 months.
3、應(yīng)定期檢查干法脫硫塔前后硫化氫濃度、沼氣壓力變化，當(dāng)達(dá)不到設(shè)計(jì)要求時(shí)應(yīng)更換脫硫劑或進(jìn)行脫硫再生。
3. The change of hydrogen sulfide concentration and biogas pressure before and after the dry desulfurization tower should be checked regularly. When the design requirements are not met, the desulfurizer should be replaced or the desulfurization regeneration should be carried out.
4、干法脫硫塔再生應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：
4. Regeneration of dry desulfurization tower shall meet the following requirements:
1）.當(dāng)采用塔內(nèi)脫硫劑再生時(shí)，應(yīng)關(guān)閉沼氣進(jìn)出口閥，打開(kāi)旁通管道和放散管路閥門(mén)。
1) When the desulfurizer in the tower is used for regeneration, the inlet and outlet valves of biogas should be closed, and the valves of bypass pipeline and discharge pipeline should be opened.
2）.當(dāng)采用在線脫硫劑再生時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)沼氣中硫化氫含量確定空氣摻混量及空氣流速，塔內(nèi)溫度應(yīng)低于70℃，脫硫塔出口處沼氣中氧含量應(yīng)小于1%；
2) When online desulfurizer regeneration is used, the air mixing amount and air flow rate should be determined according to the content of hydrogen sulfide in biogas. The temperature in the tower should be lower than 70 ℃, and the oxygen content in biogas at the outlet of desulfurization tower should be less than 1%;
3）.脫硫劑進(jìn)行2次~3次再生后應(yīng)及時(shí)更換，更換脫硫劑時(shí)操作人員應(yīng)戴防毒面具，室內(nèi)應(yīng)進(jìn)行通風(fēng)；
3) The desulfurizer should be replaced in time after 2 ~ 3 times of regeneration. When replacing the desulfurizer, the operators should wear gas masks, and the room should be ventilated;
4）.廢脫硫劑的處置應(yīng)符合環(huán)境保護(hù)的要求。
4) The disposal of waste desulfurizer should meet the requirements of environmental protection.
